My style of Holistic BodyMind Therapy is based on a blend of Mindfulness Massage.

The foundation of this session is to create a relaxed nervous system so that you can receive awareness and bodywork in a deeply beneficial way. The session generally includes recognition of how the mechanics of your body are also connected to your mental emotional states.

The sessions are tailored to the outcome you want to receive:

  • specific physical pain relief and

       stress reduction

  • better understanding of your body/mind

  • mental/physical tools to bring into your day-to-day life that help you maintain relief
