Madia's integrative classes are based on Managing and Maximizing your Energy.

Madia's signature practice integrates Hatha, Vinyasa and sprinkles of Kriyas. Somatic-emotional techniques will be offered to support a steady, presence-based pace as you deepen into your inner landscape of sensation, observation and personal rhythm.

What is a Kriya?

The word kriya means action. It is an action (or set of actions) that leads to a manifestation like a seed leads to a bloom, a thought into actuality, a desire to commitment.

“Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom. Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power.”

Madia’s Yoga Philosophy and Style

I have been teaching yoga for over 20 years and find that yoga is one of the most powerful tools to explore our mental and physical habits. We get to dedicate our yoga practice to challenge what we believe is true about us and surrendering whilst beginning to understand what gets in the way of our Light shining in our relationships and the world.

Please bring yoga mat, hand towel and water.   We have mats, props and water.   Please bring hand towel, water and anything else that supports you in your practice.
