Somatic Coaching

A space to listen inward, shift patterns, and reconnect with what helps you thrive.

Lone Water Lily

What is Somatic Coaching?

Somatic Coaching is a gentle, body‑centered approach to understanding your patterns, building capacity, and creating meaningful change. Instead of working only with thoughts or stories, we include the body — sensations, breath, posture, impulses, and the subtle ways your system organizes around stress, protection, and possibility.

This work is grounded in:

  • Presence‑based coaching

  • Hakomi‑informed principles

  • Nervous system awareness

  • Trauma‑sensitive, non‑pathologizing support

  • Deep listening and attunement

It’s not about fixing you. It’s about helping you come h

What a Session Looks Like

Each session is spacious, attuned, and guided by what your system is ready for.

A session may include:

  • Grounding and orienting

  • Somatic tracking (sensations, breath, impulses)

  • Gentle movement or posture awareness

  • Parts‑work through a somatic lens

  • Mindful inquiry

  • Resourcing and capacity‑building

  • Integration and reflection

You remain fully clothed and seated or lying down — this is not massage. It is a collaborative, experiential process that unfolds moment by moment.

What Somatic Coaching Helps With

Somatic Coaching can support you if you’re navigating:

  • Overwhelm, stress, or burnout

  • Old patterns that feel hard to shift

  • Emotional blocks or shutdown

  • Relationship patterns

  • Boundaries and self‑trust

  • Life transitions

  • Spiritual or awakening experiences

  • A desire for deeper embodiment and clarity

Why Somatic Coaching Works

Because the body holds:

  • memory

  • protection

  • patterning

  • resilience

  • possibility

When we include the body, change becomes:

  • deeper

  • safer

  • more sustainable

  • more integrated

This is the heart of ORA — now, light, threshold, aliveness.

Who This Work Is For

Somatic Coaching is a good fit if you want:

  • a gentle, non‑clinical approach

  • support that honors your pace

  • a space to explore without pressure

  • to understand your patterns with compassion

  • to feel more grounded, clear, and connected

It’s especially supportive for people who are sensitive, intuitive, or carrying long histories of being the “strong one.”

What You Can Expect Over Time

  • More clarity

  • More capacity

  • More choice

  • More ease

  • More connection to yourself

  • More alignment with what matters

This work is not about perfection. It’s about becoming more you.
