Founded by Madia Swicord, ORA is the evolution of Madia’s Healing Arts and Chattanooga Yoga School — a place where presence, embodiment, and real care shape every practice.

Madia Swicord, B.S., E‑RYT 500, LMT Founder of ORA Center • Somatic Practitioner • Yoga Teacher Trainer • Integrative Coach

For more than 25 years, Madia has supported people through yoga, somatics, bodywork, and presence‑based coaching. Her work blends functional movement, nervous‑system‑informed practice, Hakomi‑influenced self‑study, and embodied leadership.

Her approach is grounded, relational, and deeply intuitive — inviting students and clients into a more connected, spacious, and empowered way of being.
