Presence ~ Care ~ Growth
Presence
Movement, breath, and somatic practice that help you return to yourself. Yoga classes support grounding, resilience, and a deeper sense of inner steadiness.
Care
Integrative Massage Therapy meets your system with clarity and attunement. Release tension, unwind long‑held patterns, and support your nervous system with hands‑on care.
Growth
Somatic Coaching and embodied education help you shift patterns, build capacity, and step into what’s next. This is where deeper transformation unfolds.
Your path is personal
Whether through group classes, somatic coaching, event series, or integrative massage therapy, your journey unfolds in the timing your body chooses.
The ORA approach
We blend somatic practice, integrative care, and embodied education to support your whole being. Schedule a free consultation & somatic session below to explore what’s possible.

Welcome to ORA Center
For more than 25 years, my work has centered on movement, healing, and community. For the past six years, this historic, light‑filled building — with its stained‑glass windows and quiet presence — has held that work. ORA carries this forward, shaped by the meanings of its name: now, light, threshold, aliveness.
Just keep showing up. We’ll walk this evolution together.
ORA Embodied Yoga Training
(200hr Yoga Teacher Certification)
🍂 Fall 2026
Training begins:
Saturday, September 14, 2026
Step into a training that brings you into deeper relationship with your body, your practice, and the way you move through the world. ORA’s 200‑hour Embodied Yoga Training weaves somatic awareness, reflective practice, and the foundations of yoga into a transformative experience that supports both personal evolution and the art of teaching.
Rooted in ORA’s values of presence, connection, and embodied wisdom, this training invites you to explore embodied anatomy and functional movement, somatic and nervous‑system‑informed practice, reflective and relational teaching, yoga philosophy through a modern, lived lens, and the essentials of sequencing, cueing, and class design. Throughout our time together, you’ll be supported in your own growth while learning to guide others with clarity and care.
Whether you feel called to teach, want to deepen your practice, or are seeking a meaningful container for personal transformation, this training offers a grounded, intimate space for the curious and wholehearted.
Our cohorts are intentionally small, creating room for spacious support, genuine connection, and a learning environment where you can be fully seen, met, and guided.
